ReplyDeletefrom this we came to know that hospitality industry focuses more on exceeding the desires of guests rather than only to meet them. employee look for an organisations which provide opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge so that they wont have to stay jobless in coming days. if one have to choose one among these three-good placements , high salary and training then one will choose training to secure their future . all other things like building, furniture, theme, menu can be copied but the skills and knowledge of the employees of the organisation cant be copied so the training has become one of the main tool of competition so these days almost all of the establishments are focusing on training their staffs
